New Zealands were done -. at 49s 3d, with farther sellers at that price, buyers 495. In, insurances South British were still in demand, selling at 35s 6d, with more wanted at the earns figure, late sellers asking 35s s 9d. For New Zealands buyers offered 28s 6d, sellers 29s 6d. Standards were for at 50s, no sellers quoting. Id coals' Hiknrangia sold at lis (ord.) and 10s (pref.), and in woollens Kaiapois {10s paid) were done at 10s 6d. In mining Ohinemuris (paid up) were in sustained demar-d at 4s 6d, sellers 5a 3d. Waihis, at 225, were wanted at 21s 6d.
