IMPRISONED FdR LIFE. I/ONDON, Jun« 25. itax Hoelz has been sentenced to imprisonment for life. In April last year it was announced that the Saxon Government had offered a re-ward of £1500 for the capture of the i firebrand Max Hoelz, or Holtz, who was j endeavouring to organise a Communist i Government in Saxon Vogtland. . He and j his followers "had created the utmost ! terror among the wealthy classes, whom they stripped of their wealth and jewels, and whose castles they burned. Hoelz received thousands of love fetters from ail parts of Germany containing offers of marriage from women of all classes. Later messages stated that Hoelz had been arrested, and had then escaped, and ; was roaming about Saxony again. Howj ever, he was subsequently" recaptured, and i sent for trial. j
