ELECTED PRIME MINISTER.
PRUSSIAN CHAMBER'S CHOICE A. and N.Z. BERLIN. April 11.
In accordance with the new constitutional practice, the Prussian Chamber elected the new Prime Minister by vote. Hen- Minister for Public Affairs, the candidate of the Centre . party, was unanimously chosen. He began life as a workman, and was prominent in the Christian trades union movement in South Germany.
