KRUPPS IN S. AMERICA.
CHILEAN WORKS PROJECTED. GRANT OF LAND SOUGHT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (K«cd. 1.5 a.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 15. The Santiago .correspondent to the "Chicago Tribune states that it is reported in official circles that the Chilean Government is considering making a grant of a large strip of land in Southern Chile on which Krupps will erect a munitions plant. The p'lan is attractive to the Government, since it will give work to a large number of the unemployed.
