BUILDING OF SCHOOLS.
♦ CONFERENCE IN WELLINGTON. [BT TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON. Monday. A conference called by the Minister for Edncation, the Hon. C. J. Parr, to consider the problems connected with the designing and erecting of school buildings is to be held in Wellington to-morrow. The chairman, secretaries, and architects of the various education boards have been invited to attend, and they will meet Mr. W. Spencer, the officer in charge of buildings and sites, and Mr. J. Mair, the Education Department's recently-ap-pointed architect. The Minister will address the conference in the morning.
