MOTOR-CAR CAPSIZES.
ACCIDENT AT ELLERSLIE. DRIVER SLIGHTLY INJURED. OTHER OCCUPANTS ESCAPE. The capsize of a motor-car, fortunately with no serious results, occurred on the Panmure Road near Ellerslie at about 9.30 o'clock yesterday morning. The car was being driven by Mr. H. Wakelin, of Clonbern Road, Remuera, who was taking his wife and a party of seven children to Buckland's Beach. When just outside Ellerslie, the car failed to take a turn of the road, and capsized on a bank. Some members of the party were thrown clear, but others found themselves beneath the overturned car. Mr. Wakelin received slight injuries to his ribs, necessitating medical attention. The other occupants of the car escaped practically unhurt.
