N.S.W. V. SOUTH AUSTRALIA
AUTHORITIES IN DILEMMA. A. and N.Z.- SYDNEY. Dec. 10. The abandonment of th© New South Wales v. South Australia match is without precedent, "and is causing speculation respecting the disposition of the points. The Sheffield Shield rules say that matches must be played out, but according to the M.C.C. rufes the game was drawn. A round table conference of representatives of New South Wales', South Australia and Victoria will probably decide the matter.
