THE WEATHER.

FORECAST BY MR. C. L. WRAGGE.

The following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. "Wragge at 7.30 p.m. yesterday : —There is ample evidence that the Antarctic depression-system named Ivad, has developed a second centre over the South Island, whence it extends to the North, where it has become fused with a tropical depression. In - these circumstances further unsettled, rainy, misty, and muggy conditions are likely under north-westerly to westerly winds ; but as the currents veer toward the South it will .become finer and considerably cooler. The worst weather will be in Westland, Southland, and Otago, and the best over the extreme North. Sea moderate.
