Theodore, Premier of Queensland, foreshadowing increased taxation of pastoral incomes and a possible compulsory loan, financial circles interested in Queensland declare that if these proposals are intended to be a retaliation for the Queensland Government's failure to raise a loan in London, they will not influence the attitude of financial circles in London towards Queensland's land policy, which is considered to be essentially unjust.
