NEGOTIATIONS WITH BRITAIN. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Tuesday. ■ The Prime Minister has received a cablegram from the British Food Controller replying to representations of the New Zealand Butter Producers' Committee regarding the coming season's output, and has passed the message on to the committee. It is understood that the cablegram will not enable final completion of the negotiations to be secured.
