DESTRUCTION IN THE CITY.

The Poles evacuated Kiev after five weeks' * occupation owing to the advance of the " lied" array threatening their lines of communication. The Russian Soviet Government accuses tho Poles of blowing up the Vladimar Cathedral, railway stations, and the electric powerhouses, and ak> wrecking the water supply before leaving Kiev.
RUMOURS FROM RUSSIASOVIET RULE OVERTHROWN. MURDER OF TROTZKY. Router. SHANGHAI, June 13. A wireless message received here states that Leon Trotzky has been murdered and that Nicolai Lenin is a fugitive ob a result of a counter-revolution at Moscow. It is also stated that a new Government has been established under General Brasiloff. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. (Reed. 12.30 a.m.) PARIS, June 14. There is no confirmation in official circles here of the reported counter-revolu-tion in Russia under General Brusiloff, nor of the murder of Trotzky and the flight of Lenin.
