DEATH OF OLD COLONISTS.

One of New Zealand's earliest colonist', Mr. William. Hildreth, died at Henderson last Sunday, aged 84. Mr. Hildreth vw bore at York, England, in 1836, and c-.n'f> " out to Nelson in the ship Phoebe in 1843.' the year cf the Wairau massacre.
