FATAL ACCIDENT.
TAXI AND CART COLLIDE. [dy TELEGRAPH.— press ASSOCIATION.] HASTINGS, Saturday. On the Hastings-Napier Road last night a taxi cah collided with a cart driven by Mr. John Riley, aged 54 years. The latter was thrown out and killed. H ; s companion, ft Mr. Fletcher, was taken to the Napier Hospital in a precarious condition.
