PARLIAMENTARY TOUR.
RETURN OF THE PARTY.
DUE AT AUCKLAND TO-DAY.
END OF FIVE WEEKS' TRIP.
The New Zealand Parliamentary party, which has been visiting Samoa and ojher islands in the Western Pacific, will arrive at Auckland by the Mokoia at six o'clock this morning. The party, which comprised members of both branches of the Legislature, was under the leadership of the Minister for External Affairs, Sir James Allen. Leaving Wellington on February ! 18, the party visited in turn Rarotonga "and Mangaia, in the Cook Islands, Pago Pago, in the American portion of the Samoan group. Apia, and Fiji. At Rarotonga and Apia the visitors received several deputations in regard "to matters of local interest and the relationship between the Dominion and the Islands. At all the places visited the members of the party received good receptions from -Europeans and natives alike. The southern members of the party leave by the Main TVmk express to-day.
