DUTIES ON AIRCRAFT.
IMPOSED BY AMERICA. (Received 12.30 a.m.) A. and N.Z. WASHINGTON, March 24. The" Finance Committee of the Senate has decided to impose heavy import duties on foreign aircraft in order to protect American manufacturers.
