SEASON'S WOOL CLIP.

RESUMPTION OF VALUATION.

The valuation in Auckland of the season's wool clip by the Government, valuers will be resumed this week after having been suspended for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Up to the labt valuation prior to the holidays approximately 15,000 bales had been dealt with, and futthir consignment* have been coming forward to the local wool stores during the past fortnight. The total clip is estimated to produce about 40,000 bales, and weekly valuations will be continued trom now till the end of the season. It is stated that the quality of the wool that Ins been valued this season is fully up to the standard of previous clips.
