The Newmaiket Borough' Council met last evening. There -were present: The Mayor, Mr. 0- Leek, and Messrs. T. J. Watts. F. J. O'Meara, G. E. Smerdon. A. Kent,, H., J. Cooper, F. Wade, P. r S.
