CONGESTION OF CARGOES.' The council of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce met yesterday, Mr/ M. M. McCallum presiding. Delay in shipment of cargo from Auckland was the subject of a letter from Mr. Thos. Henderson. Mr. McCallum ■ said something - would have to be done, as the congestion was terrible.
