A movement has been started to secure reorganisation of the Cabinet. Mr. Hara, the Prime Minister, called an official conference at which it was decided that a public market should be established in • each city of 50,000 inhabitants, and > loans should be advanced at low in- . terest to those who wish to build homes. It was also suggested that the tariffs on imported food should • be removed.
