AUCKLAND COAL SUPPLY.

♦ CARGOES FROM OVERSEAS. Nearly 6000 tons of coal are being discharged at Auckland. About 2600 tons arrived from Westport by the Komata on Saturday and about 3300 tons from Newcastle by the Katoa yesterday. A further 1700 tons are due from Westport by the Canopus this evening and another 2600 tons should arrive from Newcastle by the Rakanoa this week. The Omana, which has been released by the Commonwealth Government, is expected to reach Auckland from Newcastle about December 22 with 3000 tons.
