TO THE ELECTORS OF ROSKILL
(Published Under Arrangement By ft Body of Reform Electors.)
To-day, more so than ever, party politics hold sway throughout our land. To-day Sir Joseph Ward's death-knell on the National Cabinet has become the clarion call bringing the people of the Dominion thronging around the banner of Reform, while a discredited Liberalism seeks political safety on the raft of the independent and the railsitter. Electors, do not be misled. A politician is either for the governing party or he is against it. No species of new ideas or phantasy of new methods can hide this truth. It is either for or against; there are no honest half measures-. Strong, fearless men are the crying need of the day. Men who are certain in their views and fixed in their principles. No doubts must be left in the electors' minds on any cardinal political point. To-day there is only one rational policy for you to follow; only one policy that will make for the advancement and progress of the Dominion on sane and stable grounds. The Reform partv, through its leader, Mr. Massey, has ' laid down this policy. What he wants now are the fearless, capable? men to help him put it through. Electors of Roskill. vou have the greatest opportunity of helpng the Reform Party to legislate its policy. You have Vivian H. Potter, a fearless, energetic young man. seeking your suffrage as the official RefoTm candidate. Electors, do not neglect your opportunity. Vote for Vivian Potter.
