[BT TELEGRAPH. PBESS .ASSOCIATION-.] DUNEIHN, Monday. The Governor-General and party arrived at Dunedin to-night by the express train from the South, and left seven minutes later by special train for Port Chalmers, where they boarded the steamer Tutanekai and left for Lyttelton.
