PROCEEDING TO BELGRADE. (•Received 6.30 p.m.) Times. VIENNA, Dec. 2. Captain G. C. Matthews has arrived here in his Sopw*h machine. He hopes to start for Belgrade. He states that with luck he expects to overtake Captain Ross Smith. He believes that the Cologne-Vienna-Belgrade route will soon be regarded .as the best air route to the Near East.
