BLOCK ON MAIN TRUNK.

GOODS TRAIN OFF LINE. YESTERDAY'S EXPRESS DELAYED. The express train from Wellington that was due in Auckland early yesterday morning did not reach its destination until ILSO a.m. The delay was due to the derailment of a goods train at Raurimu station. This train, on arriving at Raurimu from Taumarnnui, left the rails within the station yard tearing up a considerable section of the line. Consequent}' the express from Wellington, on arrival at Raurimu late on Wednesday night, had to come to a standstill until 4.30 a.m. while repairs to the track were being effected by break-down gangs, called in from stations on both sides of the interruption. No material damage was done to the rolling-stock by the accident. The South-bound express of Wednesday night was delayed for ..about two hours, but arrived in Wellington yesterday early in the afternoon.
