FATHER O'DONNELL'S CASE

WITNESSES FOR DEFENCE. (Received 12.30 a.m.) Times. LONDON, Nov. 21 At the court-martial of Father O'Donnell, the Australian chaplain, who is charged with making disloyal remarks in Ireland, the. case for the defence was supported by witnesses who stated that Father O'Donnell did not use the words complained of, but referred to the King in complimentary terms. The decision of the Court will be promulgated later.
