CLOVER CREAM.
Clover Cream is better than cream of tartar for cakes, scones, pastry, and biscuits. Used in exactly same proportions as best 100 per cent, cream of tartar, viz., I mix carefully lOoz clover cream and 4£oz t hi carb. soda. | Notice how white, light, and fresh j scones are when clover cream is used. I Clover cream is to cream of tartar as I electric light is to gas —not a substitute, but, better than the article it replaces, j Obtainable at all grocers in jib packets.
