HODDER DIVORCE CASE.
DECREE NISI GRANTED. The divorce case of Gordon Hodder, petitioner (Mr. Singer), against Plot-- - ence Evelyn Hodder, respondent (Mr. A. ' Moody), and Karl Ifwersen, co-respon-j dent (Mr. Paterson), was continued bef fore Mr. Justice Cooper at the Supreme .' Court yesterday. The ground of the petition was that the respondent and cof respondent had committed misconduct, it This was denied by the co-respondent, s hut the jury which heard the issue re- - turned a verdict against him. The issue against the respondent way r hoard yesterday, the petitioner giving ' ''similar evidence to that in the other issue. ?i A written admission of misconduct, 1 ' signed bv the respondent, was handed in 1 by Mr. Moody. The judge said he was satisfied the r respondent had committed misconduct with the co-respondent. He granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three . months. Custody of the two children c was given to the respondent in the mean- - time. Costs amounting to £53 8s were
allowed against the corespondent.
