WIFE RECOGNISES HUSBAND.

LONDON, Sept, 29. Wearing mourning for her husband, Private Morris, who was officially reported killed, Mrs. Morrife, who was employed in a Brighton shop, saw a so'dier glancing at the. goods in the window, and recognised him as her husband. She ran out and embraced him.

Morris, who was a victim of shell-shock: in the last stages of the war, was diecharged from a Mons hospital suffering from loss of memory, his identity being completely lost. He' recovered with the recognition of his wife.
