THE LANCASHIRE MILLS.

LONDON. Oct. 9. The reports of 50 Lancashire cott->n-spinning companies show that the lowest dividend was 10 per cent, and the highest 120 per cent.

Several companies paid 40 per cent, and 30 per cent., and, moreover, .. .main companies are increasing their paid-up capital by paying calls out of profits. The Financial Times says that the results are the best ever recorded in Lancashire.
