SITTING AT MIDNIGHT. MEASURES FOR SUPPRESSION. Australian a.nd N.Z. Caule Association. (Reed. 1.30 a-m.) LONDON, Oct. 16. Police and military occupied the Dublin Mansion House this morning with a view to preventing the assembly of the annual Sinn Fein convention. No delegates arrived, however, and it transpired that the convention had already been held at midnight, the business being completed at three o'clock in the morning. O'Keefe and five other Sinn Fein hunger strikers have been removed from Mount joy prison to a hospital. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Oct. 36. The Government has issued a proclamation providing for the suppression of the Sinn Fein organisation in Dublin County.
