The Premier of Hungary, Herr Friedrich, in replying to a deputa- : tion representing the new Royalist Party, declared that he was con- ; vinced that an overwhelming majority of the people desired the restoration of the monarchy, but the decision in reference thereto and the personal aspect of the question should be reached by the nation.
