AMBULANCE LECTURES.

A lecture on "Home Nursing" was i given by Dr. J. Reid, of Epeom, I to about 40 women, at the St. I John Ambulance Association Station, i last evening, using the new text-book, by . The practical instruction in the use of the roller bandage was given i by Mrs. Smith, corps lady superintendent I lof the St. John Ambulance Brigade, j I assisted by members of the Epsom and j ; National Reserve Nursing Divisions. The honorary secretary of the Auckland I Centre announces that he will form a first- ■ aid class for women if a sufficient number . enrol immediately. The lectures must be commenced at once, so that they may be concluded before Christmas.
