ASSOCIATION DINNER. The annual dinner and fmoke concert of the Auckland Hockey Association \ra« held last evening, Mr. Eliot ft. Davis I presided. A fairly lengthy toast list was gone through, and the members of the team which won the New Zealand Shield were congratu ated un their success. a splend d musical programme was provided items being contributed by Messrs J c' Rennie J. S. D Hanna, H. B. Speight', >\ . Rankin, and Duncan.
