OLD AGE PENSIONS.
Sir, —Everybody seems to be clamouring for justice fur soldiers, and rightly so. but are not old age pensioners equally entitled to just'' May 1 ask is the 25 years now required as a resi- 1 dential qualification considered fair, also if it is not a harsh regulation which permits a man and wife in one case to receive 30s per week, and in another case only 15s. A case in point is my own. My wife, who is by age eligible for pension but ha? only been in the Dominion 15 years, so according to the present !?.w will not be entitled to a pension for 10 i years.
