FRANCE AND DOMINIONS.
RIGHT TO VOTE UPHELD. United Service. PARIS. Sept. 25. In the Chamber of Deputies, in the course of a discussion on the peace treaty, M. Stephen Pichon, French Foreign Minister, upheld the right of the British Dominions to membership of the League of Nations. He declared that France had no colony comparable to the British Dominions which raised nearly 3,000,000 men for the war.
