MILLION DOLLARS IN PRIZES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 1 a.m ) NEW YORK. Sept. 26. The Aero Club of America announces that plans have been completed for an international aerial Derby round the world. The prizes will probably aggregate more than 1,000,000 dollars. A special committee will shortly leave America to arrange routes and landing places, and to establish local committees in different parts of the world.
