A returned soldier, Arthur,' Burns, died at the hospital this morning as the result of injuries sustained through falling on the back of his head on the Marine Parade on Tuesday evening. • He had fractured his skulL, but his condition was not considered serious till last evening, when he was removed to thp hospital. He returned from the front about two years ago.
