FARMERS' FREEZING CO.
RE-ELECTION OF DIRECTORS.
The fifteenth, annual meeting of the Auckland Farmers' Freezing Company, Limited, was held at the Chamber of Commerce yesterday. The managing director, -Mr. S. J. Ambury, presided. The annual report and balance-sheet, as published in the Hep.at.l) of August 28, was adopted. The r< tiring directors. Messrs. H. E. Worsp and E. M. Edkins, were re-elected. Mr. W. Kayll was reappointed auditor.
