COMPLIMENTARY DINNER. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Sept. 23. Five hundred representatives of all the deck ratings, including all available winners of the Victoria < ross, entertained Admiral Earl Reatty and 42 other admirals at a peace dinner at Portsmouth. The seamen covered the Town Hall with an electric illumination. The Excellent'* pun crew, which won the championship at the Olympia tournament, hauled Earl Beatty's motor- 1 car in triumph to the Town Hall. I
