On Monday we held a clearing sale on account of Mr. Chas. Wallace, East Tamaki. lhere was again a large attendance, and prices were well up to expectations. Cows sold at from £16 to £21 10s, for best; others, £8 to £14; bull, £12. At the special sale of Mr. Bv. Brown, East lamaki. dairy herd, held on Tuesday, buyers wore present from Taranaki, Waikato, north and surrounding districts. Competition was keen and high prices were obtained. The bull, Corstou Emigrant (imp.), realised 148gns; pedigree bulls. 6 month to I 10-months-old. Sogns to 15gns: grade year- ' ling bulls, 2Q e ns to 27gns: cows entered in ; Vol. 1. N.Z.M.S. Assoc.
