BRITAIN SELLING WOOL.
OFFERED IN AMERICA. Keuter. LONDON. Sept. 18. It is officially announced that the British Government is auctioning 50,000 bales of Australian and New Zealand wool at Boston at the end of November. It is believed that further auctions will be held monthly in America. It is understood that congestion in the ports, difficulties with wool combers, and the question of settling exchange partially explains the decision.
