TWO JUDGMENTS GIVEN. Two judgments were delivered by Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. The first was in the case, heard recently, in which Fred I Nicholson (Mr. W. A. Black) sued R. H. Key worth 'Mr. Lennard) for £68 7s 6d, allegedly the balance due for work done . and material supplied for the installation of a steam and water service for defendant's dye works in Symonds Street. De- ! fendant counter-claimed for £35. allegedly due for loss of profit caused through delay in completing the work. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £65 7s 6d, and for defendant £1 Os 6d. Plaintiff was also allowed costs. In the second case, in which H. M. Marks and Company, Ltd. (Mr. Robb), sued Edward Bruidseo (Mr. Ziman) for the recovery of £32 10s far motor-car tyres sold and delivered. Judgment was given for the plaintiff, with costs. 11 i
