The Servian and Roumanian peace delegates stated that they probably would not sign the Austrian Treaty on account of the guarantees given to racial minorities menacing the interests of Roumania and Servia in the Balkans. ALLIED NOTES GO ASTRAY. A WIRELESS MYSTERY. Times. PARIS. Sept. 4. The Roumanian Peace delegates told M. Pichon, French Foreign Minister, that they were not surprised that the Peace Conference Notes had not been received in Bucharest. They sent 75 wireless messages to Dr. Bratiano a fortnight ago, which were not delivered. The cause has not yet been explained. The War Minister controlling wireless in Bucharest confirms the delegates' statement. M. Pichon confesses that he is puzzled, and is suspending judgment.

The Premier of Roumania, Dr. Bratiano, in reporting that none of the Allies' Notes had reached him, stated that he would reply as soon as he knew the situation. RELATIONS WITH SERVIA. The Australian Press Association learns that the statement that trouble exists between Roumania and Servia over the Banat of Temesvar must be taken with reserve.
