GERMANS IN COURLAND.
MAINTAINED BY BERLIN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed- 1.30 a.m.) PARIS, Sept 2. The Echo de Paris states that Germany provided General von der Goltz with £4,000,000 for the maintenance of the German troops in Courland in the guise of Russian soldiers.
