[BY TEgfeGRiPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] ELLINGTON, MondftS The transport Athenic. with draft 277, arrived here at 12.15 p.m. and berthed at 3.45 p/fii. -Her complement comprised 442 troops, 358 wives, and 76 children. ■> The vessel came via Panama Canal, and touched at Newport News. The trip was uneventful, and there was no sickness on board. ■

Only the Wellington and Nelson troops left the vessel to-day The Nelson men left by the Kaitoa-this evening. Details for Auckland and district will leave by a special train from Thorndon at 12.30 p.m.. to-morrow. Those for Palmerston, Wanganui, Now Plymouth, Napier, and Gisbome will travel by train leaving at 8.20 a.m., the Napier and Gisborne men connecting with another train at Palmerston. Picton and Blenheim details will leave by the Mapourika at noon on Wednesday. Other South Island men will proceed to Lyttelton by the Athenic, which leaves at 7 a.m. to-morrow.

The Auckland portion of the Atbenic's draft will arrive in Auckland about 9 a.m. to-morrow. For North . Auckland there are 18 men, and 15 wives; Auckland City, 72 men and 61 wives stations between Marton and Auckland, 24 "men and 14 wives; stations between Frankton Junction, Rotorua, and Thames, 14 men and 10 wives. TEE EXAENGA FROM EGYPT. DUE AT AUCKLAND ON FRIDAY.

The next transport to reach Auckland will be the Ellenga, with a,draft of 1105 soldiers and 11 wives, from Egypt. She is due on Friday next. Of the draft Slid men belong to the "Auckland district. The Auckland quota of the 651 men on the transport Adolph Woermann, due to reach, Wellington on. September $8, numbers 200 men. There are $9 women and nine children on the vessel, but it is not known how many of them are coming to Auckland. HEW FROM SAMOA. TEN FOR AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
