In value the diamonds vary from 10s to 12a a carat for smaller grade 17s 6d a carat for milium grade, arid 30s to 32s bd ,i carat for larger grade. This is tor mixed samples, including all qualities of stones. Rome of the larger stones are worth from 70s to 80s a carat upwards vi 600 diamonds have beer, .found merely by panning.
