TRIAL OF THE EX-KAISER.
LONDON TO 'BE THE VENUE. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Aug. 7. In the House of Commons Mr. Bonar Law stated that the Allies had not altered their decision that the ex-Kaiser's trial would be held in London, but no action would be .taken until the treaty was fully ratified.
