PURCHASE OF AEROPLANES.
300 FOR AUSTRALIAN USE. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Aug. 7. Mr. S. W. Copley, a West Australian, has purchased 300 passenger aeroplanes. He intends to send some to Australia to establish services which will enable rapid transit from the capitals to the outlying districts, and will be valuable in emergencies, such as hurried demands for doctors.
