RAVAGES OF INFLUENZA. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, July 11. There were 23 deaths from influenza for the week-end. LABOUR MINISTER RESIGNS. SYDNEY, July 14. Mr. G. S. Beeby, State Minister for Labour, has resigned as a protest against the sale without public competition being invited of 3,000,000 bushele of wheal, the buyer being Mx. Georgesoa.
