MRS. ATHERTON'S ESTATE.
HUSbAND THE LEGATEE. A. and N.Z. LONDON. July 13. it is believed that Mrs. Eliot, formerly Mrs. Atherfcon, died intestate. Her fortune presumably reverts to her husband, who is an undischarged bankrupt, and therefore the Official Receiver is entitled to claim the estate until the creditors are satisfied.
